I had been diagnosed with hand eczema for a year and a half already. My dermatologist gave me an ointment to help me heal the broken skin. Now, I have really rough skin and my skin breaks whenever it wants. I really don’t care about the breakage of my skin because it occurs rarely. But, my rough skin is something that bothers me. Everyone notes them.
So now, the question is;
Does anyone know a remedy towards soft skin?
and
Does anyone know why the Eczema and skin breakage come back, and how can I combat it?

I’ve tried oil and ointments nothing works.

I used to use organic coconut butter that I got at the health food store. I would put on cotton gloves with it on every night. Sometimes I would put latex gloves on top of the cotton gloves when really bad so that I could slab on a thick coat of coconut butter and didn’t want to grease everything else up at night or during the day.

15 years ago, was when I was first diagnosed with eczema and for many years I battled this condition with pharmaceutical meds, OTC ointments and other lotions and potions! Outbreaks kept recurring! There was no healing in sight! – just management.
