Natural eczema remedy?

Filed under: Eczema Natural Remedy — "the Skin Guide" @ 12:01 am

Would you somebody tell me, Can a Natural Eczema Treatment Help You?

EmJe,

Absolutely a natural Eczema treatment will help you. Many people are turning to natural eczema remedies because they are a lot safer to use than prescribed medications.

The problem I see with dermatologists is generally they will give you something that will help you with the symptoms instead of getting down to the root cause of what is causing your eczema to flare up. When your skin gets irritated and a rash develops, that is your body letting you know that something is not quite right.

Our bodies will do whatever it can to try and remove the toxins that are inside and will use our skin as a way of escape. It does this to push these toxins away from our vital organs.

The first thing I would do is have yourself checked for allergies including food allergies also. Dairy products seems to be on top of the list as the main culprit. Another thing you need to do is to change your diet. Make sure you are getting plenty of omega 3 which contains essential fatty acids our bodies use to keep the skin naturally moisturized. It doesn’t cost much to see a nutrition specialist and make sure your diet is supplying you with all the key nutrients and vitamins your body needs.

You can treat the Symptoms at home with great success, but when you treat the symptoms your just providing yourself with short term relief. Your best bet is to find the Cause so you can really take control of it.

Good luck and I hope you find the answer you’re looking for.

  7. Just switch your soap:
Sea Buckthorn – the stuff is awesome.

And I’m sure you’ve probably done this already but:
Check your laundry detergent, check your diet, check the air that you live in (too dry?).
It’s all the little things that start adding up………………

  8. The main cause of eczema is overreaction of the immune system. Identifying certain foods, chemicals, etc can be very helpful in battling this disease. I try to avoid soy and milk products which trigger my flare-ups.
After using number of prescription drugs I’ve turned to the natural treatments.
Now I use serenaskin herbal remedies , which aim at the root of the disease – the immune system, and are steroid-free.
After about 2 weeks of using ointment and spray my skin has been cleared up and now I just continue with eczema extract, which controls the immune system. My skin has been clear for months now.
It is the only treatment I have found that provides me complete relief when I use it as directed.

  9. No. But finding a food (wheat, caffeine, sugar, fish, etc) that is a trigger can. Or lowering stress or allergens.
