Another side of the coin is your intake of food. Notice I did not say diet. Another myth that a great many individuals have been about losing weight is that you need to diet in order to shed pounds and achieve a good level of wieght loss. This is actually not the case. The reason for using the words “intake of food” versus “dieting” is that most people, when they think of the term diet, get the idea that it means to eat less in terms of quantity and less in terms of desirable taste.
